ReFive Health

Reviving the human spirit through 5 Pillars of Health.

About ReFive Health
ReFive was born from a simple yet powerful belief: connection changes everything.

ReFive is a new model for teen development, built to form strong connections through 5 pillars of health: physical health, nutrition, mental resilience, social depth, and awe. Through immersive retreats and workshops, we create environments where teens are challenged to grow, supported as they stretch, and equipped with tools they can carry into real life. We don’t rescue them, we help them build strength from the inside out. Inside our retreats, phones go down and conversations deepen. Bodies move, perspectives expand, and moments of discomfort turn into confidence, clarity, and connection. ReFive is neither therapy nor summer camp. It is intentional, structured growth designed to help teens become more capable, grounded, and fully alive in a world that deeply needs them.
Whole-Person Wellness for Teens

Mental

Physical

Sustainable activity habits that fit real teen schedules.

Nutrition

Learning to identify, prepare, and love the foods that love them back.

Social

Fostering genuine connection for strong friendships, belonging, and community.

Awe

Noticing the "bigger than us" moments that spark curiosity and a renewed sense of purpose.

Weekend Workshops

These mini daylong sessions are built for focused depth, covering only 2-3 core concepts per workshop. Teens leave with clear takeaways, actionable strategies, and a stronger foundation in the greater ReFive ecosystem.

The Retreat

One week designed to revive through immersive programing and experiential learning. Teens will dive deeper into each pillar while forming strong bonds with their peers to create a community of continued support.

Continued Support

ReFive aims to strengthen our support by offering ongoing mentorship and creating meaningful friendships. Teens stay engaged with practical check-ins and relationship-based support with their own peers a well as mentors who have previously attended our programs.
